SignalFire Telemetry products connect you with crucial product and hardware data at any of your oil and gas operation sites—whether it’s a pump, pipeline, or storage tank.

Water & Wastewater

SignalFire Telemetry devices install anywhere water asset monitoring is needed, whether it’s for collection purposes, treatment, or delivery.

General Industrial

SignalFire Telemetry devices can monitor key assets and can do it affordably, without any renovation or high-priced engineering costs. They install easily with no required cable or additional power. The data is available on your phone or computer and the cloud service can even output to your corporate system to integrate with the rest of your data and keep your operation running.

Agriculture

SignalFire Telemetry devices can monitor and manage water supplies and additives throughout the property, helping you avoid catastrophic shortages and keep your irrigation plan on track.

Tanks & Terminals

Avoid costly product loss in bulk storage tanks, terminals, and transportation movements. Whether calling for tank levels, gauge pressure, or even movement pumps or pipelines, SignalFire products can fill any monitoring gap throughout a facility.

Environmental

Environmental fines for businesses are be frustrating and can bring business to a standstill until they’re worked out. No business wants to hurt the environment, and in competitive markets stopping production affects the bottom line and staff. But there are effective and affordable solutions with SignalFire Telemetry devices.

Refining & Petrochemical

Expand visibility and control of your refinery or petrochemical processing facility without expensive renovations or redesigns. And do it with your current gauges and hardware. SignalFire telemetry devices are designed to work in harsh chemical environments and meet the strictest safety and security standards

Utilities

No matter the size of your service map, monitoring remote assets ensures efficiency and keeps your operation in compliance. That’s how SignalFire devices can really help, offering the most affordable and effective monitoring solution that will monitor liquid, gas, electricity, and other assets.

Our Products

LTE-M1 Cellular excels in high-speed IoT on LTE networks, while 900MHz RF prioritizes extended range for simpler IoT applications. Choose based on data speed and coverage needs.

Pressure Scout-LR

The SignalFire Pressure Scout serves as a low-cost alternative to conduit, wired and other pressure sensor solutions by integrating a wireless node, pressure sensor, and intrinsically safe internal battery into one package.

RANGER AirQ

The RANGER AirQ is a modular wireless gas detection platform with integrated cellular communications. It monitors the presence of a gas and transmits the measurement wirelessly over LTE-M/NB-IoT cellular networks. The data is transmitted to the SignalFire Cloud and can be sent using MQTT/SparkPlug to a private cloud platform supporting this messaging standard. The gas detection sensor is powered from the built-in 72Ah battery. The measurements are also pin pointed geographically by the GPS module inside the RANGER AirQ.

RANGER Node

The SignalFire RANGER transmitter is sensor agnostic, connects quickly and easily, and provides power to even the most remote sensor — all without the effort and cost of trenching or cabling. Paired with your existing cloud or the SignalFire Cloud, the RANGER system is the simplest way to access all of your sensor data from one platform. Whether you’re converting an existing system or building a new system, going wireless with SignalFire means you can go live and start accessing your sensor data almost immediately.

DIN RANGER

The DIN RANGER is part of SignalFire’s sensor-to-cloud family of cellular transmitters. Its primary use is to integrate with Modbus RTU devices offering bi-directional connectivity over cell networks (LTE-M or NB-IoT). Modbus registers are converted into MQTT/SparkPlugB messages allowing for plug-and-play use with the SignalFire Cloud web application or other hosts such as Inductive Automation Ignition, Wonderware, Microsoft Azure, Cygnet, OSI Soft PI, etc. The DIN form factor makes it convenient to be fitted inside of a panel and requires less than 2.5mA of external DC power. In addition to the RS485 Modbus port, the DIN RANGER also offers 3 digital inputs (dry contact or pulse measuring), 3 analog inputs and 1 relay output.

RANGER 900

The RANGER900 combines the best of both worlds – 900 MHz and cellular into one user friendly industrial package. This solution reduces the customers overall cellular and monthly cost by integrating SignalFire’s 900 MHz network with the RANGER platform. With this solution, only one RANGER Cloud and SIM Card subscription is necessary to accommodate up to 32 SignalFire 900 MHz nodes (32 total read / write registers). The number of nodes depends on the quantity of measurements per node. For example, if a Sentinel is measuring level and battery voltage, the number of total Sentinels would be 16 because each are using 2 registers from the available 32.

PRESSURE RANGER

The SignalFire Pressure RANGER is an IoT (Internet of Things) cellular pressure transmitter using the latest LTE CAT M1 technology for sensors and is fully integrated with SignalFire’s cloud monitoring and alarming services. The Pressure RANGER includes an integrated pressure sensor and features a built-in GPS receiver that reports the location of devices to the cloud, providing a map of all connected assets. The unit is powered by a 4 D Cell Lithium battery pack that is field-replaceable.

RANGER Wall Mount

The RANGER Wall Mount supports all of the same options and features of the standard RANGER but housed in an IP68 rated enclosure. The Wall Mount features 2 cord grips for cable entry along with a third PG9 plug that can be replaced with a cord grip for additional I/O. The Wall Mount is perfect for applications requiring an IP68 rating or for those where this form factor provides more convenient mounting options.

RANGER Data Connectivity

Unlock the full potential of the RANGER Sensor-to-Cloud technology thanks to its versatile supervisory system integration options. Discover the four distinct methods outlined in our comprehensive datasheet, each designed to empower you in harnessing the RANGER’s data to its maximum capability.

SignalFire Cloud

The RANGER comes complete with the web and mobile friendly SignalFire Cloud interface to monitor, trend and get alarms either by text or email. It uses secure MQTT technology that can also be integrated with private cloud platforms.

Sentinels

SignalFire Sentinel wireless transceiver nodes wirelessly power and communicate with sensors, extracting data for transmission to a Gateway within a remote sensing system. Certified to operate in hazardous areas, these radio nodes come in a variety of interfaces including HART, analog, digital, Modubs and more.

Gateway Stick

This rugged, integrated device combines a high-gain antenna with gateway electronics in a single, easily mounted package. Gateway Stick combats a common problem with RF networks, which are increasingly used to monitor and control remote devices over tens or hundreds of square miles. Gateways traditionally have different location requirements for their electronics module and antenna, making it necessary to place them separately. Gateway Stick is a revolutionary solution that combines them in one easy-to-install component.
