TASI Group Acquires MISSION COMMUNICATIONS adding to its Wireless Asset Management Capabilities

 

MARLBOROUGH, MA  and NORCROSS, GA  April 30, 2021 – The TASI Group of Companies (www.tasigroup.com), has reached an agreement to acquire Mission Communications, Norcross GA.

Mission Communications will be organized into TASI’s largest business segment, TASI Flow.  Mission will immediately complement TASI Flow’s

existing Asset Management and Wireless Connectivity Strategy bringing a strong presence in the Water and Wastewater Market.  Forrest Robinson will continue to lead Mission on its impressive growth track as President of Mission.
