SignalFire Introduces a New High Capacity Class 1 Div 1 Solar Module for its Sentinel Products

Hudson, Ma. SignalFire Telemetry is introducing the newest version of its popular Sentinel-Solar Module. The new high-capacity module offers twice the storage capacity of the standard Sentinel-Solar Module while still maintaining a Class 1 Division 1 rating.  “Our new high-capacity module is ideal for applications with more demanding power requirements or applications in areas with less reliable sun or short winter days.” Said Scott Keller, CEO of SignalFire.

The Sentinel High Capacity Solar Module is designed to work with SignalFire’s Sentinel Products and provide reliable power for use cases where internal primary batteries are not practical. This can include applications that require long sensor warm-up times, frequent sensor readings, or message forwarding.

“The High Capacity Sentinel Solar Module  will be available for shipment during second half of September” said Keller.
